What to write about
Stop contacting me / opt out
Email us with the phone number and email address you used, and we will suppress your information in our systems and pass your request along to any partner we referred you to. If a partner is contacting you directly, telling that partner to stop is the fastest route, and they are obligated to honor it.
Do not sell or share my personal information
California residents (and residents of other states with comparable laws) may direct us not to sell or share their personal information. Email us with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and include the email address and phone number you used, so we can locate your records. See the state privacy rights section of our Privacy Policy for the full list of rights and how we verify requests.
Access, delete, or correct my information
Email us with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you are exercising. We will verify your identity before acting, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request.
A complaint about one of your partners
Tell us the company name, the date, and what happened. Our partners are independent businesses and we do not control them, but we take complaints seriously, we investigate, and we end relationships with partners whose conduct warrants it.
Advertising, partnership, or press
Same address — put "Partnership" or "Press" in the subject line and it will be routed correctly.
Please note: we cannot answer questions about a policy, quote, claim, application, or account. We are an advertising company and have no access to any of those records. Those questions must go to the licensed company you are dealing with.
