A consumer brand by Adcentral, LLC

A category this personal deserves better marketing.

LastingLegacyLife is a consumer brand built around final expense and life coverage — a category where the audience is often older, frequently anxious, and too often treated as a lead rather than a person.

We built this brand on the opposite premise: that clear information, honest disclosure, and consent that actually means something produce better outcomes for consumers and better business for the licensed partners we work with.

What we do

Adcentral, LLC operates LastingLegacyLife as an advertising business. Three things, and nothing outside them.

We build the audience

We invest in paid media, search, and content to reach adults actively researching final expense and life coverage. That media spend is our cost, carried by us — not recovered from the consumer at any point.

We publish plainly

We produce general educational material on how this coverage works — waiting periods, guaranteed issue, the difference between term and whole life — written to be understood without an agent translating it.

We connect, on request

When someone affirmatively asks to speak with a licensed professional, we introduce them to an independent partner. Partners compensate us for that introduction. That is the entire revenue model.

Why we run it this way

The final expense category has a reputation problem, and it was earned. Manufactured urgency, implied government affiliation, "you're already approved" language, consent buried in grey six-point type, and phone numbers resold until they're worthless. Consumers in this category are often in their sixties and seventies, and a meaningful share are thinking about a parent, a spouse, or their own arrangements. They deserve to be addressed like adults.

There's a commercial argument for the same position. Misled consumers don't convert into good business — they produce cancellations, chargebacks, complaints, regulatory attention, and platform enforcement. A consumer who understood what they were signing up for is worth more to a carrier, an agency, and to us. The ethical route and the durable route happen to be the same route.

So the standards below aren't a compliance appendix bolted onto the brand. They're the operating premise the brand was built on.

How we operate

The commitments that govern every page we publish and every campaign we run.

1

Identity stated up front

Every page says who operates this site and what business we're in, above the fold and in the footer. A visitor never has to work out whether they're talking to an advertiser or an insurer.

2

Consent that's real

Nothing is gated. We don't require contact details to read our material, and we never transmit anyone's information without an affirmative request. Consent to contact is never a condition of purchase, and it can be withdrawn at any time.

3

No pressure mechanics

No countdown timers, invented deadlines, or manufactured scarcity. No claims of approval, eligibility, or specific rates — we're not in a position to make them, and neither is any website.

4

No borrowed authority

We never imply affiliation with Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, the Social Security Administration, the VA, or any government agency, and we never present advertising as news, official notice, or public service.

5

Disclosure in full

Our compensation disclosure appears complete in the footer of every page — not summarized to a sentence, not hidden behind a link, not tucked into a modal. Written to be read, per FTC 16 CFR Part 255.

6

Partners held to it

We expect partners to hold the licenses their activities require and to follow applicable law, including telemarketing and privacy rules. Credible complaints get investigated, and relationships get ended where the conduct warrants it.

For licensed partners

We work with a deliberately limited number of licensed agencies, agents, and carriers. If you're evaluating whether this brand fits your distribution, here's the honest shape of it.

What you get: consumers who arrived through a brand that told them plainly who it was, who read something substantive before raising their hand, and who affirmatively asked to be contacted. Contact records include the consent captured, with the timestamp and the page it was given on.

What we ask: current licensure for the activity and jurisdiction, compliant contact practices, and a straight answer when a consumer complaint comes back to us. We'd rather place fewer introductions with partners who handle them properly than more with partners who don't.

What we won't do: represent that any consumer is pre-approved or pre-qualified, warrant conversion outcomes, or resell the same contact indefinitely to whoever will pay for it.

Partnership enquiries: contact@lastinglegacylife.com.

How this brand makes money

We'd rather state this plainly on the homepage than leave anyone to work it out later.

LastingLegacyLife.com is operated by Adcentral, LLC, an advertising and marketing company. Independent third-party companies pay us for advertising placement and for consumer referrals generated through this site. Compensation may take the form of a flat fee, a per-referral fee, a per-click fee, or another arrangement negotiated with each partner.

That arrangement has consequences worth weighing. Because compensation differs between partners, the companies represented here are not every company available to a consumer, and the order and prominence in which they appear may be influenced by what they pay. This site is not a comparison service, not a marketplace, and not an impartial ranking. There are very likely options available that we don't feature, some of which may be more suitable or less expensive.

Consumers pay nothing. This site is free to use. We don't charge a fee, take a cut of any sale, or add anything to what a partner would otherwise offer. Our compensation comes from partners, not from consumers.

What compensation does not buy is the accuracy of what we publish. We don't accept payment to say something we believe is misleading. Where money does affect what a visitor sees — which partners appear, and where — we say so here rather than bury it. This disclosure is provided in accordance with the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, 16 CFR Part 255. The complete version appears in the footer of every page.

Questions we get

Does LastingLegacyLife sell insurance?

No. We're an advertising business. We don't sell, solicit, negotiate, underwrite, or issue insurance, and we hold no insurance licenses. Everything transactional happens between a consumer and a licensed third party.

Is this connected to a government program?

No. Adcentral, LLC and this website are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, the Social Security Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any other government agency or program. This is not a government website and enrolls no one in any government benefit.

Who is Adcentral, LLC?

The company that owns and operates this brand. Adcentral, LLC builds and runs consumer websites, purchases advertising, publishes educational content, and connects interested consumers with licensed partners who compensate us for the introduction.

How do you choose which partners appear?

Partners are companies we've entered into commercial agreements with, and compensation is a factor in which ones appear and how prominently. We say so plainly rather than presenting the selection as an impartial ranking. Licensure and conduct standards determine who we'll work with at all; commercial terms affect placement among those who qualify.

Can someone be removed from your systems?

Yes, at any time. Write to us and we'll suppress the details in our systems and forward the request to any partner we introduced them to. Anyone can also tell a partner directly to stop contacting them, which that partner is obligated to honor. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Do you publish rates or quotes?

No. We don't quote, estimate, or guarantee pricing, eligibility, or approval, and we don't publish illustrative figures dressed up as offers. Rates and eligibility are determined solely by the issuing insurer, and vary by age, health, state, and underwriting.

Talk to us.

Whether you're a consumer with a question about this site, a licensed partner evaluating the brand, or a regulator or platform reviewer looking for a straight answer about how we operate — the same address reaches a person.
